Riccardo Baldini was born in Milan and moved to Los Angeles in 2005, where he studied film production at UCLA and co-produced CARISSA, an award-winning, Oscar-shortlisted documentary by Davis Guggenheim. With over 20 years of experience as a producer and creative director, he has worked with major studios, acclaimed directors, and contemporary artists, earning credits on seven feature films, more than fifty commercials, and numerous television projects.

Since 2010, Baldini has worked closely with renowned artist Charles Ray as casting director on several projects, including retrospectives at the Centre Georges Pompidou, the Bourse de Commerce – Pinault Collection, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

From 2014 to 2022, he served as Head of Production for the Sardegna Film Commission. Today, he continues to consult internationally, while also producing creative campaigns for studios such as Fox Broadcasting and Amazon Studios.
